Traveling for surgery shouldn’t be stressful
Coming from another country for surgery raises real questions: Who picks me up? Where do I stay? Will someone speak my language? And what happens if there’s a complication?
Our patient concierge answers all of them. A dedicated, bilingual coordinator arranges your transport and hotel, stays in touch throughout your trip, and gives you honest, straightforward answers — including about complications. Tell us your city and dates and we’ll build your plan.
- Airport / border transport with our driver (Tijuana) or arranged for you (Guadalajara & Puerto Vallarta).
- Hotel arrangements at vetted partner hotels.
- A bilingual coordinator from your first message to after you fly home.

The honest part: what if there’s a complication?
Serious complications after laparoscopic hernia surgery are uncommon, but no honest surgeon promises they can never happen. We’d rather tell you that up front than pretend otherwise.
For extra peace of mind, you can optionally enroll in a third-party medical-complications plan — Global Protective Solutions (GPS) — that helps cover costs if a covered complication occurs. You enroll directly with them, and we take no commission. It’s your protection, not a product we sell.
A bilingual team, from first message to flight home
Your coordinator and our team are fully bilingual (English/Spanish). You always have someone to reach before, during and after your trip — for questions about your surgery, your travel, or your recovery once you’re back home.
